Toward the end of the year the students wrote an argumentative paper on which of the four projects they enjoyed the most. The students wrote a five body paragraph with an introduction, three body argument, and conclusion. The students needed to explain in detail why they enjoyed one of the four projects. Provided are a few of the argumentative papers reflecting on why they enjoyed the The Chains that Bind Us: 1500 - 2014 (Present-Day Human Trafficking) project over the others. Some of the information in the essays emphasized career readiness skills, applying history in a unique way, emphasis on technology and real world skills, applying diverse learning methods for diverse learners, and the authentic application of technology and content.
